Juni: ter Jung spiller konserter på Vestlandet i juni. Han fremfører verk av Mark Adderley, Rune Rebne, Eivind Buene og J.S. Bach. 2005 (revidert 2007). J.S. The TWITTER MACHINE duo is working for Rikskonsertene
in Norway in week 38 and 49 this fall, doing school concerts for children aged 13-16. On the programme is music by Bach and Adderley. By presenting a contemporary piece, "Twitter Machine" from 1999 by Mark Adderley, combined with classical music by Bach and Paganini, Lars-Erik ter Jung and Thomas Kjekstad are emphasizing 2 main issues: they are, as highy qualified musicians, presenting the repertoare they are actually working with as professional performers in these school concerts, that is they are not compromizing; by doing so they are actually presenting contemporary and classical music live for children - which should be done much more of, frequently, by many more of our best performers. This might be the only way to keep this part of our musical life still going in the future...
